What we built
Option 1 Builders completed an artificial turf, paver, and putting green installation at a two-story home in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles. The project covered the front yard, the side yards, and the back yard on one written scope.
In the front, a new artificial turf lawn wraps a young tree set in a white gravel ring. Paver steps with a charcoal border lead through white gravel to the front door, and a paver strip runs beside the driveway.
Along the side of the house, a paver walkway with a dark border runs the length of the fence. In another side yard, a narrow strip became a three-hole putting green with a white gravel edge.
In the back, an artificial turf lawn sits beside a paver patio, so the yard is usable from the back door to the fence.

How a Project Like This Is Built
Turf and pavers share the same foundation: soil dug out, graded so water runs away from the house, and a compacted rock base. Building them together means one demolition and one base crew.
Pavers are set on bedding sand over the compacted base and locked with edge restraints. The turf is seamed, nailed, and infilled so it stays flat.
A putting green gets a deeper, flatter base than a lawn, a shorter putting turf, and real cups.
Every artificial turf installation we complete is backed by a 15-year turf warranty, written into the scope.
